Inspection and maintenance process

Weekly inspections are preferred for consistency and quality. Our team reviews all permitted areas and control measures, meets with on site staff, and issues an electronic report. Maintenance pricing and scheduling are coordinated with designated contacts. Crews complete corrective actions and document with notes and photos. Once items are closed the report is signed to satisfy regulatory requirements.

As needed services

As needed permitting services and city, county, or CDOT administrative support
Local entity permitting documentation such as GESC, TECS, GEC, or DESC when owner provided documents are not available. We can subcontract and coordinate site specific packages.

Additional services

Dewatering and discharge permit coordination

Permanent post construction stormwater facilities
